Content creation for a website

For the International School of Tanganyika, I developed content for a lot of their web pages. Through the button below, you'll see an example of this. Not only did I write the content, I also researched what the school's target audience searching, and sprinkled that keyword through. Now, when you Googled "Characteristics of an international school", this web page will pop up. 

E-book content creation and design
This was an e-book I created for Alice Smith School in Kuala Lumpur. I conducted interviews and extensive research, wrote the entire document, and helped guide the design process.

 Logo design with Adobe Illustrator

Using Adobe Illustrator 2020, I created this design for the company I created for my M.A. at WSU. I started with the rainbow coloured raindrop using a gradient, added a transparent shape to ensure the shape looked 3-dimensional, imported a font that matched the brand, and added a shadow to add depth. 

 Digital storytelling with Adobe Express

Knowing the importance of sharing my coming out story because I am in a safe place to do so, the below link shares my journey in a new, digital, interactive way using Adobe Express. Through scrolling photos, bits of text, and a video at the end, this story focuses on the confusion, the questioning, the worry, and, ultimately, the freedom of coming out. 

Video story with Adobe Premiere Pro

With Adobe Premiere Pro 2020, I put together this video story for a Digital Content Creation and Campaign Implementation assignment I did for my M.A. I used an iteration of the logo attached above as well as text at the beginning to make it look like an animated intro, filmed the story, and then edited everything together. 

Audio storytelling with Adobe Audition

Through Adobe Audition 2020, this audio clip of two individuals giving a message to their younger selves is a powerful storytelling tool. I conducted the interviews with each person using my recorder app on my phone, uploaded the files into Adobe Audition, added some copyright free music in the background in addition to some extra sounds of me writing on paper and opening a notebook to further paint the picture. 

Brand mood board using Adobe Spark

Using Adobe Spark, I designed a mood board to describe myself for an assignment during my M.A. We needed to have a color scheme, ensure cohesion throughout, capture our work philosophy, strengths, core values, accomplishments, and personality traits. 

Crisis communication case study using Canva
Using Canva to help bring the case study to life in a visually appealing way, I analyzed Adidas and its improper response to Kanye West spewing racist comments. I then used best practices in crisis communications to capture what would be the proper way to handle this situation.
